Renaissance Planning was founded in 2009 by Mary-Jane O’Neill.  Prior to that we gained a wide range of experiences in private practice and at some of the leading town planning practices in the UK.  We are members of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and have significant experience within both the public and private sectors. Our knowledge of planning legislation, guidance and policy allows us to provide the very best advice whilst also enabling us to challenge any unfair decisions in a logical and coherent manner that will often find an acceptable compromise and allow a project to progress.

Our multi-disciplinary approach to projects helps achieve deliverable and innovative solutions, adding value and overcoming the complexity of the planning system.

Our duty as members of the Royal Town Planning Institute ensures that we are honest about the chances of obtaining planning permission from the start. If there's no chance we’ll tell you. Meanwhile, our limited and competitive fee structure will allow you the confidence to know exactly what to budget for and when.
